In this class, you will be introduced to the signature BEAT workout at a slower and more informative pace, to make sure you receive a complete understanding of the method and equipment. Don’t worry, you’re still guaranteed to break a sweat!
Treble
FOR ALL LEVELS
PREREQUISITE: AT LEAST ONE BASE CLASS
Turn up the frequency, Treble is the signature BEAT class that combines high intensity, low impact slow resistance training with cardio, endurance and flexibility. Be prepared for muscle shaking and sweat dripping, this class is LIT and the music is LOUD!
Stretch & Release
FOR ALL LEVELS
Had a long day on the slopes or want to start your day flexible? This class is for you! Stretch & Release incorporates elements of the THE BEAT method, classical pilates, and breathing, to deepen your flexibility and release tensions. Breath deep and let go!
Privates & Duets
FOR ALL LEVELS
A class just for you. Whether you prefer 1-on-1 training, or require special attention, we will tailor the class to your needs and make sure you’re working to your fullest potential. This is also the perfect class for anyone in heeling or recovery.
Private Pre & Post Natal
A class completely personalised for the beautiful mothers or mothers-to-be. Private or duet classes are encouraged, in order to ensure you are perfectly taken care of.
Physiotherapy
Our rehabilitation team in physiotherapy is divided into specialist areas and sports physiotherapy. This specialisation allows us to put together an individual physiotherapy programme to achieve your goals effectively and efficiently. Our physiotherapists provide care for you both after surgical procedures and during conservative rehabilitation from injuries/problems.
